Terms of Service: (Very important to read if using Coupon Codes) 1) I will not attempt to exploit PHP-Commander at any time. 2) I accept full responsibility for the use of my Server and its Players. 3) I accept full responsibility for the actions of my Server Admins. 4) I accept full responsibility for all actions performed through the PHP-Commander Control Panel. 5) I accept full responsibility for any malicious Scripts or binary files uploaded to the server. 6) I will not intentionally bloat my server to take up excessive CPU, Memory and Hard Drive space. 6A) I understand that [eC] reserves the right to shutdown my server at any time, for any reason. Including, but not limited to: High CPU, Memory, or Hard Drive usage. 6B) I acknowledge that other users use this service aswell, so I will not intentionally degrade system performance. 6C) I will not increase my max players over the limit assigned to the server. 6D) I will not remove the password from my server at any time. Only applies to Private servers. --> System monitors are being used frequently to check for violations of this kind. 7) I understand that violating any terms of my server contract may result in account suspension or cancellation without a refund; at the discretion of [eC] staff. 7) I will not use my FTP/File Access to store non-Game Server related files. 8) I will not use my server to announce any Defamatory statements against any person(s) or company. 9) I accept that I can not resell my rented server(s) to anyone. 10) I understand that refunds may only be claimed within 1 day of my server order. [eC] reserves the right to reject all claims, or apply a 50% servicing fee. 11) I accept full responsibility for any Script installed on my server. 11A) I understand that Support may not be able to help with custom installed Scripts. 12) I will not attempt to exploit the Coupon Code system in any way, including (but not limited to): A. Purchasing Limited Use coupon codes, then requesting a refund. B. Using a code that requires "x Existing Servers" and then cancelling the non-Coupon server. If at any time, any Coupon server(s) you have do not meet their original requirements, the monthly price may change to regular non-discounted pricing. This is subject to the decision of [eC] management. 13) I acknowledge that [eC] management may cancel or modify any Coupon Code servers at any time, for any reason. 13) I understand that "Limited Use" Coupon Code servers are non-refundable. 14) I acknowledge that all files uploaded and downloaded to the server is property of [eC]. 15) I understand this ToS is subject to change at any time at [eC]'s discretion, without notice.
